Sir/Mam,
I purchased a mobile online but it was a cash on delivery when I received it I got a fake phone instead of a real one. I contacted the fed ex courier but they are saying that they are not responsible only I should contact the seller and gave me a number to contact the seller. When I contacted he says I'm not responsible and gives me another number. Other number is also not picking the call. I've taken screen shots of website and have the courier slip with me stating 19999 rupees as COD. But I have not received any invoice.
So please help with issue the website is www.a2zmobilekart.com. Please help with issue and guide me for a solution.
