Online Shopping - complaint against naaptol

I purchased a syalvania 7inch touch screen tablet with 4gb memory,3g
support,1ghz cpu,with android os on 2012-11-07 from naaptol,When using the tablet memory it shows 1.58 free
memory but unable to use,when i insert an sd card it shows the same
problem,,so that i can.t take photos, can.t view video,and not install
any aaps.Then i comlained the situvation to naaptol through e-mail ,and they replaid that you send back that tablet to our warehouse with in 4 days through BLUE DART courrior,As per their sujjection i went to blue dart office and they said that they can,t take/send this item with out getting a mail from naaptol.Then i again complainted this to naaptol again and they said that their concern team will contac me with in 48 to 72 hours,but i waited more than 8 days no one called or send a mail to me.
Then i again mailed to naaptol approximae 7 times but there was no replay from naaptol.now I am totaly cheated, please take action against this situvation
