Online Shopping - Not refundung the money $ $473.40 from last year

In the month of April 8th 2010 we ordered sarees from http://www.theindianwear.com to USA address for the amount of $620.40.
After ordering the products they came back and said that some of the products are not available and asked us to change the order.
After the discussion, we changed the order with worth of $345/- from $620.40 and said they good to add rest of the money to credit card.
1. After 1 week we received the saree with defective and holes on it, immediately we called them and informed, and they said to ship it back.
2. Immediately next day we shipped back to theindianwear.com (india address) 2 sarees with the worth of $198 from $345/- ,so finally we received the products with the worth of only $147
3. So finally we need to receive money $620.40 - $147 = $473.40
I have sent so many mails and they said they going to discuss with upper management but till now I didn’t receive money of $470.40
I called several times but every time they are telling stories.

Can you please do proper justice.
