Nokia India - i need the phone to be taken back and money be refunded

i have bought asha 501 three days back.

first of all i realised ... no use buying nokia products as most of the times you have to go to service centre for ensuring proper functioning of mobile...
hence willtry avoid nokia in future..

come to the problem in hand...

the touch screen is of low qualiy...
in order to receive a call you keep sliding your fingers on the screen but the call gets connected only after 5-6 attempts...

the qwerty key pad - the right edge digits i.e p,l and backspace are also not working properly,,, have to press 5- times before these buttons get activated...

the top slide down option of activating vibrator mode-

i have to use this option as i keep attending frequent meetings----
but wht i hv realised that even if i activate it ... after about 15-20 minutes it gets deactivated and thus causes a lot of embarrassment when the phone starts ringing...

my point is that ... nokia has decided the cost of the phone with the features decided by them... a low cost touch phone does not mean the compulosry features shoul not work properly..

it is requested that the phone in question may be taken back and my money be refunded at the earliest....
