Ebay India - I have not received the product after one month

Hi,
I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 from e-Bay on 24th Oct.
PPID is 34********6

I intended to gift this tablet to my parents on Diwali which was on 3rd Nov. But since I am residing in Pune and my native place is in Kota, Rajasthan.
The product was supposed to be dispatched in 2-3 working days and supposed to be delivered in another 3-4 Days which meant I would have received the product by month end so I asked for the product to be delivered to Pune as I wont be available in Rajasthan till 2nd Nov.
This product was not dispatched by the seller ITN mall till 27th oct, So i had to ask them to change the shipping address to Kota. I used the eBay account to change the address and was told by the seller that they have received my address change request and would be delivering the product in next 2-3 days.
I tracked the website and it said that seller has shipped the product on 31st Oct.
Now this product was shipped from Jaipur to Kota and was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days which meant I could have got the product by Diwali.
But since then the product status is unchanged.
I contacted Blue dart who were the shipping company with AWB no ********974, they raised a service request and told me that they would resolve the issue in 2-3 days.
Blue dart informed me that they have not collected the product which i failed to understood as they have a AWB no for that product.

Then I started calling e-Bay and they said that they will look into the issue and provide the resolution ASAP.

However till 5th November there was no update on the issue, so I raised a Claim request with E-Bay asking them to deliver my product to me. I got a call from ebay to confirm that have I raised the claim and was told that a senior official from EBAY claim division would call me for an enquiry.

Now i want to bring to your notice that till this date i.e. 20 November I haven't received a single call from
1. ITN Mall who have switched off their mobile
2. Ebay senior official
3. Blue dart who have not called me about my service request.

Recently I again mailed them and the ITN mall representative said that the product is with e-bay and they are not responding to the queries.
Ebay customer support told me that issue is with the logistics team and they would contact me I should not call them again.
I am seriously tired of this whole issue, today it's almost a month and nobody cares about my product.

I would like to know from e-Bay about their business values, is this the way to run a business
I asked the customer support people that would e-Bay compensate me for these mistake.
1. They have ruined my experience to make someone's diwali a special one
2. They have kept my 22800 Rs with them for a month on which they have earned an interest amount and not me.
3. I am unable to use a product for a month

Kindly let me know the steps taken to resolve the issue.
