Northern Railway - i am not satisfied with your employee, l.p.meena and kajodmal's service

dear sir/madam
i have complaint with your employee l.p.meena(station master), kajodmal (booking babu) employed at railway station fatehpur shekhawati disst sikar rajasthan. a board is shown by department at the railway station fatehpur that the parcel given and taken time is 10 am to 6 p.m. i had reached with a single bed parcel at the railway station fatehpur at 5:15 p.m. on the date of 12/4/2010 and request to l.p. meena and kajodmal to take the parcel. they said that todays is a lot of work in office so you wait some time and then we will take the parcel. at 5:35 i again reqeust to take the parcel . both of them suddenly quarled with me and abuse me and say that we will not take your parcel you have to come tommorow . i requested that i have spent money to tempo rent and i am not capable to take back this parcel. they again quaralled with me and say that we are the boss of railway station fatehpur and we are not bound with railway rules and regulation and then both of them decline to take tha parcel. both of them said that
you can complaint against our action. so sir, i think that they are destroying the immage of great indian railways department. i request you that you must take strong action against l.p.meena and kajodmal.
