i have bought an Apple iphone 5 white 16gb on 25 dec 2012 and its warranty of 1 year just got expired on 25 december 2013 and on 20 jan 2014 the battery of the phone got dead and is not getting charged now at all. my iphone is showing no response on constant press of on and off button also. i showed the phone to the authorized service dealers in pune and they say that the phone is unusable now and have to be replaced on paying a price of 21,800 rupees.
IS THIS PROBLEM SUPPOSE TO BE WITH SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY?
my iphone gets dead soon after the warranty is over and the people seating at the service desk are saying that it cannot be used now without even checking it thoroughly. and plus the new iphone has the warranty of only 3 months.
i want company to check the product thoroughly and get is repaired.
