I have been in contact with Nokia Customer Support for many days, but executives have not given me solution. They only send their feedback in standard format. I got call from Nokia only once for listening my problem only. Then after i was asked that I would get call after 72 hours. But no call, no solution.
My service request no. is 1-15044851779. Give me your mail id so that I could send you all the conversation detail and list of issues I am facing. This is my last hope to text you otherwise I have to be aggressive.
For you information I am enclosing copy of my second service request.

I have bought a Lumia 535 last month. Within 7 days of purchase the phone got off automatically. When I have asked to replace my phone with a new one Nokia care people are not accepting and telling to repair. Its already one month over still they are not giving the phone back and the behaviour of the care people is too much disappointing. I have bought the phone from Bhubaneswar, Odisha
