My only issue & only daughter expired on 06/12/2010 due to Cardio Respi. our residence. She was the only earning member of our family. She purchased a New family gain regular premium policy(no- 0144689437) for 10years amounting Rs.6000.00 per anum,on 09/03/2010.Bajaj Allianz send doctor of their own for medical & blood test before issuing the policy. Her mother as the nominee collected the death claim form & submitted from/to 10B,O.C.Ganguly Sarani, Kol- 700 020 on 28th Dec'2010 . Within one week of the incidence when my wife & myself were disturbed & mentally misbalanced they send a doctor who gave us mental pressure to submit old prescriptions. we were so much puzzled that we submitted two prescriptions of RMP, we didnot even used those. My daughter was on Homeopathic treatment when required. But they did not allow Homeo prescriptions. Bajaj Allianz rejected the death claim through a letter dt. 02/02/2011. We complained to Review Committee but there is no result. Then we complained to OMBUDSMAN but the result was the same.
I pray to you to solve the problem. We both are seriously sick mentally as well as physically. Let me & wife can survive in this hard market & my daughter's soul can rest in peace. Thanks.

Complainant's Goal: Death Claim + Fund Value + 5 Lacks of Rupees as compensation.
