I applied home loan from HDFC limited last year in feb 2012....they took 11000 approx. processing fees and all the documents stating that it would be refunded if loan not approved.

In march I received mail from Gurpreet that loan approved and in feb on 28th 2012 processing fees was debited from my account .

After that no communication from their side ...in May 2013 when I mailed to ask about re embursement they said loan got rejected....no mail or any paper communication was made.

Person looking after my file Sanjeev C said that he would get the processing fees refunded. but after that 4 months gone but to no avail. afte this I sought help with Consumer forum Mr Bharat Jyoti...

He asked them to contact me on which HDFc people got offended and said now I will not get anything from then since now
they are fighting over mails but not refunding fees,

again in feb 2013 they said would refund 50% I asked for full refund on this they replied that now they will not refund anything.
