Dear HDFC Manager,

Subject : My Credit Card Payment was paid on 2006 but still I am getting call from collection department ( Chennai ).

My Concerns:

When I was used this card on 2005 to 2006 , my outstanding amount increased to 28000/- they asked me to make a payment immediately, But on that time I don’t have that much amount so I called and requested the HDFC bank people to provide the part payment options for ( Three Month Duration ) to make my card amount to close.

As per my request over the phone they provided me to make the payment by three month period ie ( 1st Month 27/10/2006 – 5000rs ) , (2nd Month 27/11/2006 – 10000 rs) and (3rd Month 27/12/2006 – 13000 rs ) based on that I was paid the all payment to HDFC bank and they provided the settlement copy also to me. But on 2010 Dec again one other persons from hdfc collection department Chennai they called me and asking me to pay the 28000/- rs, I informed the details to him and sent the all Scanned bill paid receipts and settlement copy to him .he was not replied anything to me., then one year I was not received any call from hdfc collection department. Again this year they are started and asking me to make the payment of 32000/-., Please help me…..

Note: Whenever I am getting call from the hdfc collection department Chennai they are taking too much and words also very rude.
