Apple India - Highly disappointed with customer service at authorized service centers of Apple

This is in reference with my Iphone 5S, which stopped functioning suddenly day before yesterday.
I went to nearest service station i.e in Sahara Mall, post informing the issue, my phone was taken by the lady at the desk for examination. I was told that there is liquid inside my device due to which it cannot be repaired basis VMI guidelines.

It was shocking to hear that from the executive as the claim put forth was impossible as neither my phone ever dropped inside water not water dropped over my phone since the time I've purchased.

Unsatisfied with the response, I went to another service station of Apple, situated at CP, told the issue. To my surprise, they never bothered to open my phone and told due to huge external damages, the phone cannot be considered under replacement warranty.

My point is the phone stopped working suddenly without being dropped from anywhere. The external damages in the phone are not that huge that would cause non-functioning of my phone just like that.

I requested them to repair it at least however they denied and said mother board has a problem and can only be replaced.

What should I do now. It's an hardware issue and irrespective of any reason why am I liable to bear it. Had it been dropped and so much damaged, I would have accepted it. But without any reason, I have ended up losing money on I phone.

Being under warranty, my phone should get replaced by the company.

Had plans to buy Iphone 7, however looking at the different standards of dealing at authorized service centers of Apple, I am scared to be associated with the brand as a customer.

I am highly disappointed with the customer service of Apple letting customer suffer problems in my handset's hardware.

Purchase date- 4th May 2016 from flipkart, received on 7th May 2016.

I faced exactly the same yesterday (10/01/2017). I bought apple iphone 5s just 4 months back.Couple of days back my phone started to shut down on its own,the frequency of this abnormal behavior increased yesterday and i thought that it would be some minor software glitch which would be easily addressed at the service center.
To my surprise after waiting for more than an hour waiting at the service desk,the lady sitting there, didnt even listen the problem my phone is showing up to my full content..halfway she said me that its a physical damage case and that it wont be covered under warranty...when i insisted her to atleast try to reset my phone back back to factory settings she just paired my phone in her mac and within a minute lying that its done.
When i tried to boot my phone again it stopped to even restart.She said me that its a case of physical damage and i need to pay 22 thousand ruppes to get it fixed.There is a very minor dent on my phone in one corner which happened long back like 2 months before, has no impact on the screen.She said me it has made my mother board go wrong due to that impact.
I never expected such service from a APPLE product.Brands like Micromax etc are doing far well in terms of their post sail service.
I was thinking of upgrading myself to I7 in future but now i am sure i will never buy any apple product again in my life neither recommend anyone in my circle.

I HAVE PURCHASED I PH 5S SILVER AS ON 2.2.2015. MY PHONE GET WET (MINOR) DUE TO RAIN 6 MONTHS BACK . BUT NO ANY DAMAGE AND WORK SATISFACTORI . BUT ONE MONTH BACK ITS CHARGING JACK NOT WORKING PROPERLEY . THEN I CONTACT GURGAON (SAHARA MALL) APPLE STORE AND HE REPLAIED THAT NO REPLACEMENT UNDER WTY DUE TO RED DOT .



KINDLY SHORT OUT MY PROBLEM.
