Dear Sir/Madam,

[In reference to ticket no. Kaun/T127139/OE0QMJ526Z ]


I purchased an item(Karbonn Mobile A27),
from kaunsa.com website on 04/06/13.
(Order No. KA/127139/6OGJORGA),
which was not delivered after long waiting !
Say about an waiting period of 20days.

Then when I asked for what reason the item is not delivered,
they said the product was out of stock !

I claimed for my money (Rs.3294) to refund
but they positively replied to wait for 10-15 days !

However again reminded them after 15 days,
they replied to wait more !

I waited another few days and wrote them.

Then they apologized & replied that they can only provide cash
voucher for the same amount to purchase other
things, & when I prayed for the same they again said to
wait for 12-15 days.

I waited 15 days again & now 15 days is over.

How long they make me wait Sir ???

It is now more than 2 months I paid Rs.3294,
everytime they are giving some excuse !

How long it required to provide a cash voucher !
In my common sense it requires not more than a day !

I am an online shopper for many years but never seen such
a bogus & fraudelent website like Kaunsa.com.

Please help me Sir,

They replied to wait for another 10days, I waited & wrote :

"Dear Sir/Madam,



As per your last reply 10 days is over,
now it is total 2 months 15 days
I have made payment !

I have waited & waited, now you tell me how long
to wait,
what is the problem in refunding my money ?



Your website is now regarded as a Money Fraudulence site

as campained at social network sites & Cyber Crime Department,

and security personnel are investigating.



You will be banned in near future.

I am now facing the same issue. Kaunsa offered HTC one true clone mobile for 7999 and I have paid for the same . Immediately I realised that it is local brand I wrote them to cancel the order and pay back my money. They said only voucher can be given After calling day by day they said voucher has been processed. Then my friend asked me to buy nokia lumia 520 instead of the same and I have placed order for that. They asked to transfer 600 more for the cost difference. I have paid that also. Now 20 days are over and still they have not provided the same. Every time when I called them they are saying that it will be delivered within 3 days....saturday then tuesday and then again friday so on....my order no id T197285. How to recover my money ?

i have ordered NIKON D3100 ON KAUNSA.COM MY ORDER NO IS KA/161861/FHQXAMAZ , on date Sept 4th,
and my delivery is on 19 th Sept , but till date i have not received the product , no one answering my call and not replying my mails also, i have contacted escalation team through mail, still no reply from escalation team, i want my money back,
i suggest everyone not to buy from kaunsa .com , this is a fraud web site , govt should ban this web site , they are cheating people and playing with peoples money, please join hands to fight against this web site
