I ordered a Casio Edifice EFR 501SP wrist watch vide order ID: KA/148417/T9BI50Q6. Payment was made from my Canara Bank Card on 30/07/2013 for Rs.4999/-.But it has not been delivered yet. Before the payment was made the Company use to call me regularly for the payment from the mobile number +91 93100 13597. But after the payment was made I do not get any response whenever I call this number.

Complainant's Goal: my order is delivered immediately
