dear sir, I have placed an order Ref Id : Kaun/127206 on 4th June 2013 paying 11.5K till now i didnt received my product and no sign of getting my product from KAUNSA. I have send the Tickets but of no use. I have contacted the customer care regarding my product but they are not responding to my problems............I have called more than 20 times and recorded all the conversations with them and am wlling to file a complaint on them regarding the non delivery of my product. is this the new way of cheating the customers by online portal ?

I am fed off with the reasons given by the customer care later i came to know through the online that on 30th march 2013 "Two top officials of an online shopping portal have been arrested here for allegedly duping people by taking money from them for articles which were never delivered" I am ready to produce my conversations to any any one just to PUNISH these type of people..............

Complainant's Goal: I Want My Product/Refund with compensation (twice the money what i have paid)

one more fake assurance from the TEAM KAUNSA. as the replay to my complaint before a month ago i didnot received any call or mail from them, even i called you people but i didnot get any positive response and continuously i tried but waste of currency same some times lift the call and not speaking for almost 10min, GREAT WORK by KAUNSA TEAM. Carry on AND you will pay heavily for this.....
