BSNL was giving poor broadband service from the beginning (January 2012) of my connection (details below). In the month of June 2012 the line in my locality was down, and I had complaint to our local exchange over phone. As they assured me to resolve the issue, so didn't realize to have a docket number for the said complaint, in fact they didn't guide me anytime for the same. Now to waive the bill for the said month they are asking for docket number and referring my case to here and there. The line issue is known to all subscribers and staffs in the area, and my broadband usage details at http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in is also a proof for the same. I am mentioning below the details of the guys involved in this case.
