I am writing a complaint regarding the stated complaint site “www.consumercomplaints.in ". I would like to tell how this complaint site makes you helpless and ignore you endlessly. I posted a complaint on their site a long time ago and when the company resolved my complaint i requested the site owner to remove my complaint. They said that their policies have changed so they can’t remove the complaint. As a consumer I should have been informed when the policies changed but they didn't think that it was necessary. When I told them that it is important to get the complaint removed as it has been resolved and if they don't remove it then i will be in trouble. At first they didn't even bother to reply and after so many mails and tries i got the same copy paste reply. I made a huge mistake posting my complaint on this site as i thought that they would help a consumer in fact they make our life more difficult. A consumer posts a complaint so that the company resolves that complaint and we get justice. Instead such site uses our resolved complaints and misleads people with wrong reviews. If a company took effort to resolve their client's complaints then they should be appreciated. And if we don't value that effort than these people would stop resolving our complaints. complaint sites are meant to help us, not put in further trouble... I would request all of you to not post on this site if you seek justice.
