Hi . I am very dissatisfied customer becuase of edm ghajiabad big bazzar. Its very pathatic seevice which i used for last time . In future i will positively not buy any single product from that ungelpful staff people of edn ghajiabad big baZzar...i had a word with mr akshay shankar email akshay.shankar@futuregroup.in.. only problem has happen whein i bought 22 inches led sansung tv from big bazzae just 4 days back .. i wnt to exchange this instead of 22 inches i wnt to buy bigger one led tv for 40 inches . But big bazaar and store manager refuse my all the request . I have call mr akshay around 10 times every time he assured me that i have to speak to samsung people.. email i have receives from samsung that they dont have any problem as said by big baZar people . . Priya,

Don't you guys feel a shameful after taking money from the consumers and not returning it back. I escalated the matter to you 3 weeks ago and I haven't receive any response from your end. You guys are the worst online company I have ever dealt. Your company isn't courteous enough to settle their old problems. This is just a trick to buy some time so the customer doesn't go to consumer court. But be aware that I have made a complaint in consumer court and will drag your company in court. I shall see how your company responds with all e-mail conversations and saved voice call recordings.
