well!!!!! we al know that railways offers concession for travelling of patients ( cancer & haematological disorders) but the railway officials sitting @ the booking counter don know which form and which concession is for what. these ticket booking clerks are fit for nothing. !!!!!

These fools ( ticket booking clerks) are ignorant fools who don know their rules and are simply harrasing people

Inspite of giving al the documents they reject the application without giving reason and after harrassing the patient and making them run from pillar to post they later issue the ticket with same documents.

especially people @ Bangalore Cantoment railway station and Railway booking counter @ jainagar, Bangalore


I had booked a ticket from bangalore to bombay for traetment for thallasemia but the railways officials sitting the these tickets counters rejected the concession form without reason. and made me run from 9.30 to 12.30 and finally they issued the ticket at 12.30 with same documents.
These people simply harass me always because of their ignorance.

the fault is with the authority (Railway Recruitment cell) who recruits them and puts them( foolish ignorant people) in such post.

I am sorry to say but the service of railways is going from bad to worse and The body with largest rail network is going to DOGS!!!!!!!!!
