Tender 60 LTW is not working since June 2009. Many complaints have been made to the company. But , till date (Jan 29, 2010) has not been repaired.
No psitive responce towards repair is being taken care. I have been provided with LIFE TIME WARRANTY on this product with CARD NO: DEL 0716316 ISSUED ON 23.6.09 TENDER LTW SS

I NEED IMMEDIATE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.

I bought a FABER chimney - premier energy on 06-01-2015. And in the last year I had to change the oil collector 4 times in total. Every time the oil collector just drops and breaks without even a touch. The oil collector didn't even have enough oil to make it heavy enough. I changed the oil collector once on November after which it broke on January. I bought the oil collector, paid for it(even though the service man broke the oil collector). During which I asked them to supply the best quality oil collector but provided with a plastic quality that they have been serving for months. Not even a month later the oil collector broke and fell again, on calling the service center they say I have to pay for it again(service center says it would be a service charge, why should I pay for the service when an AMC is done already?)and this time they would serve a better quality. A metal quality. So
1. If they already had a better quality, why didn't they serve me so when I asked for it the last time?
2. WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE that this wouldn't break and they wouldn't make me pay for it again?
3. Last time, YOUR SERVICE MAN broke it. I paid for it. This time it broke within a month, and they are asking ME to pay for the INFERIOR QUALITY material AGAIN.

Extremely distressed with the quality and the fact that FABER are making it a business of serving HORRIBLE quality products and making your customers pay for it.
