We have purchased Faber-Kitchen Chiney,, having warranty card for 5 yrs free replacement. Inspite continious complaint and reminder for last 3 weeks to company`s service centre, they are demanding replacement cost of Motore nearly Rs.4700/- (evethough product is under warranty for free replacement). Now today. 5.9.2013 we have lodge again complaint at Mumbai service centre. Thereafter, one Mr. Nair has rudely informed, either I should pay for defective part or forget and do whatever I feel like. Does Mr. Nair think, we are fools and buying his company product,he has done favour to us. This unethical practice is resorted by the Faber company and stric action to be taken on Mr. Nair for his behaviour and his high-handedness
