Sansui India - Exchange of SANSUI CTV 21’’ suddenly it stopped working completely

Respected Sir,

Sub:- Exchange of SANSUI CTV 21’’- Request-Regarding.
Ref:- Purchased Dt. 11.02.2010.
Ref:- Complaint dt.04.06.2010

I Mohd.Khader want you to take my plea into consideration which it has follows.

I have purchased the SANSUI CTV 21’’ SFF21’’WDN-CFH, Child No.8528.72.12, purchase order No.10569034, Billing No. 2********3, Challan cum Invoice No.0000003093 from Millennium Appliances India Ltd Sy.No.1/1, Kancha Imarath Village, Maheshwaram Mandal R.R.Dist 500005, A.P. on 11.02.2010 Rs.8,890/- it worked well for a period of 15 days suddenly stopped working completely. I had taken it to the above said company to inquire what is wrong with it. I talked and requested Mr.Prasada Rao, Mahender HR replace the TV as it is not working completely. He told me that instead of exchanging it he would repair it. He repair and gave it to me, with in two days of time it has again stopped working completely. I again met and requested him for exchange the TV, but he refused and said that I have taken it in a default which can not be exchanged. I came into shocked that I have paid the market value Rs.8,890/- for a new brand TV but how can it be default one, then I came to know that by taking into believe he cheated me as after taking the total amount he printed in his presence the D.C No. 0100473626 and given it to me saying that it is a new TV. I believe him (Prasada Rao) and taken it to the home. It is may innocence that believing him. I have taken that TV with out inquiry about it from then the last three months I had been visiting and requesting him to exchange it but he is not responding to do so. At this point with out having any way I now want to go to the CONSUMER COURT with in 7 days. If he again refuse to exchange the TV with a new one and this time with out cheating me again a with a default one and sicerely issuing me a new TV. As the facts above, please note, if no action is taken with in 7 days, I will be left with no other alternative to approach appropriate forum and to take legal steps to save my interest and to get justice.

Above said complaint customer care services men came to my house on 7-6-10 and repair it but it worked very well for 2days after that it stopped working completely. Again I met with Prasada Rao, HR Mahender of M/s Millennium Appliances India (P) Ltd Sy.No.1/1, Kancha Imarath, Maheshwaram (M) R.R.Dist, Hyderabad whats wrong going on it, I requested them somany time to exchange the my above said TV but didn\'t heared my plea and said to me that TV was DC.
The above said persons Prasada Rao, and HR Mahender were cheated me
