BELOW PAR PERFORMANCE OF TV
Sir,
1. I have purchased SANSUISC5 29" SDJ, 51 No. 760,80,90,1023,08,00207 ~ '
from Bhavani Sales Corporation Jamnagar on 28 Oct 09, vide Bill No 2281.
a. On installation at my residence it was found that the Vertical and
Horizontal alignment was out resulting shadows and moving of picture
verticallyand horizontallyand colol'§.,notsuitablefor eyes.The complaintwas
lodgedvide- complaintNo.29-1009-0177_and~~s attelldE!d.~ ..-
b. Second complaint was lodged vide complaint No. 11001100452for
fading of colors, but no one attended. Subsequentlyanother complaint was
lodged vide complaintNO.221100313and was attendedon 23 Nov 10 by Mr.
Bhargavof your ServiceCentre but the fault could not be rectifiedat site and
instructedto take the TV to the servicecentre.
c. On 23 Nov 10 the TV was deposited at the service centre and on
switching on for checking the TV it was detected by Mr. Piyush that the
PictureTube was unserviceable.

d. On 29 Dec 10 the TV was returnedafter changingof the Picturetube.
On 30 Dee 10 again the same problemof color and misalignmentreoccurred.
The matter was reported to Mr. Piyush and by same day evening the
mechanic reached at my house and took the main and RGB PCB for fault
analyzingat servicecentre.
e. On 31 Dec 10 main and RGB (PCB card) were re installed and the
same problem reoccurred and I took the TV to the service centre once again.
On 01 Jan 11 the TV was handed over to the service centre by me at 1000
hrs for rectification and in the evening the TV was returned after repair.

f. On 02 Jan 11 the problem of color reoccurred in the evening, but due
to Sunday the TV was deposited on 03 Jan 11 at 1100hrs at the service
centre.
2. I and my family were. harassed physically, mentally and financially on
numerous occasions. On investing RS.120001- and Rs. 48001- for purchase and
change of Picture tube respectively. I am unable to use the product which I have
purchased for entertainment since Nov 10.
3. On inquiring from other shops of Jamnagar and other cities, the fact was
revealed that the manufacturing of this model is stopped since last three years due
to some technical problem but this fact was not revealed to me by Bhavani Sales
Corporation on the day of purchase.
4. I also want know the life period of the picture tube.
5. I find that I am a victim of many unfair and unethical tactics adopted by the
seller and I feel cheated in the quality and price of goods and services. I am not
supplied with adequate information pertaining to the characteristics and performance
of consumer goods thus resulting in financial loss due to the sub-standard item.
Supplier was duty bound to provide me standard service. Manufacturing fault has
become technical mys~ries. I need protection by law when my T.V. fails to live up to
the promised performance. My T.V., after spending lot of money, is not catering to
the desired needs. So taking into account my interest kindly protect me from loss
because I deserve to get what I have paid for the true quality. Now my legitimate
need is to kindly compensate me for the adequate loss. .
6. Therefore;.. I request the foliowin.g-d8R1ands~as compensation against the
purchase of TV of your brand:-
(i) Refund of all the money, Le. Initial Purchase, Repairing cost, labor
charges and conveyance charges, which amounts to a total of Rs. 250001-.
(ii) Compensation in regards with physical & mental harassment
Rs 500001-.
