I am very frequent buyer on Online sites and really disappointed by the kind of response I got from Ebay on one of my claim. I had purchased a cell phone from Ebay where the seller claimed that its a new cell phone and is working correctly. Whereas on receipt of the same I found that its a used item and that too is not working correctly. I immediately raised the concern with seller and he assured me that he will replace the cell phone. simultaneously I raised a claim on Ebay Gaurantee to keep these transactions official. On the first point Ebay called me on 5th day after raising the claim and situation worsened when seller stopped responding to my emails and calls.

Even worse was the suituation when I came to know that Ebay gaurnatee is nothing. They are with you till the time sellers respond once they refuse EBAY dont have any control or solution to the frauds happen on these Websites. Till the time Seller was responding ebay was agreed to my issue and I was getting a reply from EBAy that they will surely solve my issue 200% and when seller stopped responding EBAy closed my claim by saying they investigated and found that my cellphone is new and is working correctly.

but they dont have a answer how they reached to this conclusion.

The website is really not authentic and just a medium to the people who want to dispose off there stuff which is not in working conditions. Any disclaimer by them that they will gaurantee 100% satisfaction on the purchases made on this website is absolutely fake.
