I have purchased a Nokia Asha 200 handset few months back but after 4-5 months use, i'm suffering with various handset issues from this handset. I have given the handset to nokia care,Ashok Nagar at Bhuabaneswar 4 times but every time they are saying their is no problem in this handset. Kindly help me to replace the handset as this is a defective one.
Problem-
It does not support the 2nd SIM.After entering the second sim,the phone gets hanged & while trying to switched off, the end key not working & i've to restart the phone through battery. My IMI no is-359346/04/485378/0.
During my recent repairing in the Nokia care center,they kept my cell phone in observation for 1 week & when i reached on 27-10-12 to collect my phone i found the navigation key is used carelessly as the half of the nikel was not their on the key.Kindly look into & help me in this regard else i have to take my case to consumer court.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
