Punjab National Bank - Deduction of money from account without disbursing money by ATM

The amount deducted Rs 14000 from acct no.2255000100017199 after failed to disburse money by ATM while transaction on 14 jul 17 at 0748 hrs at Mohan Nagar PNB atm.I went to bank branch and registered complain about the issue time and again but the the problem could not being resolved by bank staff as m unable to visit the bank regularly for query.The registered complain no.are-

On 22 Jul 17 at 11:14 am a msg received in my mobile no ********05 of credited amount ,debited without disbursing cash by ATM is credited in your a/c for SRN no.A055076792 but the money money was not credited in my account
Plz do needful because the amount is not spareble for me as m a ordinary private security gaurd.

I Rekha having A/C in Punjab National Bank Kharkhoda, Kharkhoda, Haryana 131402 A/c no. ********00055120. When I tried to withdraw rs 20 thousand from Central Back of India ATM (Terminal No. M31G3663110) on 12-Feb-2018 40:06 pm Branch Name Nav Bharat Industries, Hissar Road, Rohtak,

I have withdraw 10,000 Successfully but when I trying to withdrawn more 10,000 RS and when amount is under process in ATM screen Main power has gone and ATM gone power offi, and amount is not come out from the ATM. But I got an SMS of cash withdraw Rs- 10,000,

I immediately informed the security guard who Run the DG (Power Backup) so, I wait for machine start up again it will take around 5- 10 minute but my amount is not come out, security guard denied me to enter the branch present in same premise of ATM and suggested me to wait for 24 hour it will be credited back to your acc. But after 24 hour it not credited back to my acc. I raise the compliant with PNB customer care as suggest my Main branch team. I logged My Complaint no- A0******** on 13-Feb-18 and taken so, many follow-up with customer care team. But after 14 days of many follow-up my Request has Rejected today on (27-Feb-18) with the remarks “your request has rejected due to Successful Transition”.


Also visit MY Main branch of PBN on 19-Feb-18 and give the application for same but Branch team suggested that keep in touch with customer care only.


Since this is power issue with Bank, A Consumer not supposed to suffer a lot. So, Request your help.

Hi team

I tried to withdraw 20,000/- from other bank ATM,the amount is not received from ATM but amount is debited from My account.

Am contacted atm respective Branch ,they said contact home branch.

Please check this issue and do needful on priority Basis.
