my no ********98 which is not in use since last 03-04 months. one day i use that sim and came to know that Rs near to 62 has deducted from that account. then i called to custemer care no and tell my complain but they were not agree to lodge my complain and not refund my deducted balance then i complain on iccomplaint.after 02 days they refunded my ballance. Then i went to jaipur on 03 dec and switch off this no and at the time of on 22 Dec i switch on this no. At the time of switch on i got some sms and came to kno that my ballance of near to 70 has deducted. Then i complaint to 198 but they refund Rs 5 and for remainig the are not registring my complain and not refunding my ballance. when i ask them for what you hav charged you give me the discrioption then they are unable to give answer .....pls see in the matter
