INOX MOVIES - DEDUCTED MONEY FROM CREDIT CARD WITH OUT GETTING E-TICKET

I had tried to purchase six(6) tickets (each ticket cost 150/-. Total 990/- with extra charges) for the movie Class of The Titans(3D) vide my ICICI-BANK CREDIT CARD for the INOX theater at GVK 1 Mall, Hyderabad on 31-March-2010 for the movie scheduled 8:15pm on 03-April-2010.

In between my transaction due to network problem i did not get E-tickets, but amount of 990/-( Nine hundred and Ninety Rupees) deducted from my ICICI-BANK Credit Card. I have done this transaction in https://eticketing.inoxmovies.com/ using My mail ID: kuramdasu@gmail.com & Mobile No: ********27 on 31-March-2010 around 7:40 pm
