I submitted my iphone on 12 sept 2015 with an issue that only black spot and i clearly mentioned at the time of submission that phone only cover one black spot but when i went there to receive i was like shock because now 4 black dark spot come. and Executive dont have any reply to my answer how these marks came.

It would be great if u look into this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,

my iPhone 6 which i bought in April 2015 suddenly stopped working. when i went to maples (as these are the one selling and servicing apple products) in FORUM MALL i was told that i should go to the service center which i did after 5 days i got the call that my phone charging pin has bent down due to which it was not able to get charge(Least they found the problem)so promptly said to repair it which they replied if i want replacement i should pay 23500 , again i told them i just bought it in april paying 50k so there is no point paying again as i have not used the phone much. the executive said he will cal me back. two days after i recieved the call and they said the same thing and i also replied the same. they said they will look into the matter to which i replied that would be great.
after that i recieved the msg that i should pick my dead phone from the service center as i have refused for the replacement.

Kindly tell me is it fair
i bought the phone 5 months ago and still have to pay for the replacement. idont need an replacement if they can repair it i am more than happy
