I booked multiple tickets through customerneedz web portal, and the transactions were all succesful but tickets were not reserved. Totally they have to pay me ~2k. I daily call them, they say today or tomorrow we will credit to your personal account but it is not done at all. Ramesh Babu the manager says he will do that but still he is not doing it and telling the same old story. I request you to take strict action against them. I can see from Internet the same story has happened to a lot earlier and now its repeating. Mailing them is not going to help anyone, because even I mailed and nothing they have done. I appreciate your social responsibility and also look forward a better action against customerneedz wihch could be a lesson to others similar. I am hoping for the best from you!!!

I submitted this complaint, and this is to update that I have got the money back from them. The manager is a responsible guy and there were little hicupps but got solved eventually.
