I booked multiple tickets (Bangalore to Hyderabad transaction id ********4) through customerneedz web portal, and the transactions were all succesful but tickets were not reserved. Totally they have to pay me ~Rs1400. I daily call them, they say today or tomorrow we will credit to your personal account but it is not done at all. I request you to take strict action against them. I can see from Internet the same story has happened to a lot earlier and now its repeating. Mailing them is not going to help anyone, because even I mailed and nothing they have done. I appreciate your social responsibility and also look forward a better action against customerneedz wihch could be a lesson to others similar. I am hoping for the best from you!!!
