I am facing the same issue for several times from the past now and It become worst now-a-days.
Its all i am talking about Customerneedz.com website. The payment system in this is pathetic and I never got to book a ticket without any issue.
The recent experience was from 11th Aug when i tried booking ticket for a journey on 15th Aug from Coimbatore to Bangalore (Sharma Transport, Seat no 34). I was charged for 600 Rs on my credit card, but tickets were not booked. (Name: Prabakaran Natarajan).
I contacted the customer care on 11th itself and they asked all reference number and no information after that.
Its 1st Sep now and I got the credit card bill, where there is no refund of this amount. I tried calling again and someone picked the phone and deliberately kept the phone on the desk (unmuted) and talking something else (personal talks) and not attending to the phone. I waited for 20 mins and disconnected.
After than i tried calling for 42 times and still no one is picking.
My worry is such fraud site with pathetic customer service and no one to check e-mail should be sued and not allowed for public use.
Please someone guide me how to file a legal case against these guys. I am facing this issue for last 1 year and I don't want other's to be loosing the same way as I am
