Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a fan of Hyundai Car. I was owning a Santro car which was my first car and was very happy with the performance. I migrated my car to i20, in the pretext of wanting a bigger car and which also suits my Budget. After lot of reasearch I bought the car i20 in the year 2013 January.

For the 1st six months the car was in excellent and did not had any problem. After that, the car Battery I dont know what is the problem do give starting problem every know and then.

I seldom use the car. I have bought it for my personal use and I use every saturday and sunday. The total km runned as of today is 3905 Kms. Yesterday My car gave me a simillar probem of starting when contacting the Emergency service then said the car battery is down and u need to charge it. I have to call a local mechanic as I need to go urgently to a place and I have to pay Rs.150 to just start the car. My question is why not company thought about this if any time the car is not used it should not give such problem. Or Hyundai engineers are not aware of the problem.

I immediately want my problem to be rectified and a solution given to me. If not then I may have to file a Complaint in Consumer redressal forum. I know my problem will be looked and a solution will be given by the company. Hyundai really has such reputation I believe.

My car no. WB-02-AC0298. I do not have any probem from Saini Hyundai service provider they have helded me a lot. But my question is if I use the car once a week why not the car start. If such is the case of usage problem then Why not the engineers or company mentioned it in the useage manual properly.
