I have given my car rj 14 ct 1906 for dent and paint under insurance's claim on last Tuesday and the car was surved on Wednesday and he gave bumper and left side running ramp and there was issue of fog lamp as it was missing but it was guaranteed by tejpal claim manager that u don't have to pay for fog lamp and according he has given a bill of 3973 on Saturday but painting was quite differ from earlier old pain t in car so discussed with mnager with manish and he admitted that paint colour is not proper and differed with previous colour and called tejpal to correct it and accordingly it was left by me in work shop

Next day when I called at 4 pm mr varun pick up and said that car is ready but when I reach it was found that nothing has been done then I again contact manishji and reprted the matter and called tejpal to do the work but they did not repaint but start rubbing polish and convincing that colour will become same after few days in light but I said y I should compromise when I am paying so much



any how I agreed but most surprisingly earlier bill was changed to 5300/- I asked y should I pay more he said fog lamp has to be paid but I I said tejpal committed that I don't have to pay for fog lamp but tej pal refused I said u r liar



inspite of scolding his employee owner start shouting at me that u have pay other wise I will open the fog lamp but I said I leave my vehicle until u correct ur bill correct my paint work



so y a customer faces a false commitment

from his employees

y a customer car is done so inferior work



and last but not least misbehaviour by owner of service centre of 22 godown and shouting at me and claim that he has done rubbing polish free which was not asked by customer it was done to cover up inferior work



so y customer bear bad quality of service wrong commitment and misbehaviour
