Hi Rakesh & Airtel Presence Team,
This is to inform you that I am tired of following up the case with you and no one have a courage to revert back with the resolution or took an effort or pain to help the customer in this regards which I have discussed with you (specially rakesh) and rest of your team (presence & nodal team). I literally feel the pain of dis-respect and fooled by such a reputed company ‘Airtel’. From past couple of years or few months 'Airtel' is giving me such a pain and tensed life and disturbing my entire cycle so badly that I cannot continue with other problems of my life. Sorry to inform you or share with you that I am quite disturbed because my family is hospitalized from past 1 week and other member health is not stable because of age factor and me being the only child of the family is helping and supporting my family. But of your pending work and false commitment I am suffering a lot and barring a lot of problem which you cannot expect I am giving money to airtel like water is spread everywhere. This is my ultimate last request or warning whatever you would like to take it or accept it. I am not going to answer your call until and unless you fix my problem of 3G connection package activation, and giving you a time limit till this week ending 23rd Feb 2014. Post that I will be escalating this matter to which so ever I would like to and I will make sure I will do every possible step to get the things corrected in organized manner. Sorry for being rude but you are making me or other customer to behave in such a manner.
