I have My Savings A/C in SBI Bank with A/C no 323********.I was getting SMS and Emails through Axis Bank . For this I had Complaint on Net.Suddenly I got the Phone call from unknown person asking about my Complaint.He Inquired about My A/C and other things.He also Inquired about my Password But I refused to give him saying that how can I judge that you are speaking from Bank then in order to verify he give the miss call from +********2222.He also speaks from other No ********45.So I confused that he is speaking from Bank (May be from PNB Toll free No) then I give him the full details about My ATM Card and password.Suddenly I got the message that I have done the online shopping worth Rs 5000/- on POS 00004077 at Oxicash_BD IN txn#201310481697.I have Inquired about the Shopping then I came to know that Shopping is done from Belapur, Bombay.I also got the Mobile No of Belapur Atm Centre 0********21.I phoned to that No. he tells that the complaint should be made from Your Branch So that he can Inquire it and can tell the ID from where the Shopping is Done and can also disclose the IP Address of Computer. I have already made the complaint on net through akosha complaints.Also please help me and make complaint through your side and also talk to the given Number. So that My problem can sort out.
