Hello, my self received a call from Mr. Nitin Sharma, executive of Shop it toady india pvt. ltd on 24.03.2014 @12.47pm & said that you are a lucky draw winner of our company so you can choose any one product i.e. laptop ; mobile or LED we will provide you it free of cost only courier chrges & govt. charges you have to paid. so i have select the sony bravia LED of model KDL 32W 650A which cost is aprox. Rs. 38,000 said by mr. nitin sharma so you have to pay only 10% of the cost of LED which is aprox. Rs. 3800. so after detailed communication they have send me the SMS on my mobile for Rs. 3887 to pay against the selected sony braviya LED. they also provide me their bank account no ********0741015 of axis bank for fund transfer through NEFT. so after all conversation & SMS i have transfer Rs. 3887 in their given account on 26.03.2014 & confirmation mail received on 27.03.2014 for receipt of payment. after that their product department Mr. anand bakshi also confirmed me the product model & give the assurance to dispache it by today evening. But after that they are not inform me the dispached courier no & docket no. after repetitively call from my end to mr. anand baksi is not responding properly.
on dated 28.03.2014 mr. nitin sharma call back me & infromed me that your led not dispached but hold due to some problem & transferred my call to Mr. yatin gadkare assistant manager department. so he said me that you have not paid the full amount of Rs. 6200 of thats why ur product is on hold. also said that Mr. nitin sharma has provided u wrong information for Sony LED. & shouted on me that who is nitin??? i will the manager & i will dispach the product...etc. After that he had transfrred my call to nitin sharma he regtretted with me that i have provided the wrong product cost. so you have to pay Rs. 6200 for dispach the LED. He is said that we will refund ur money Rs. 38887 only after receipt of new amount Rs. 6200 for LED.
I have informed them that they have to refund my money otherwise i will make a fraud case agaist you in consumer court;
I have recorded all the conversation & SMS from there end as proof of fraud with me.
So as my exp. with them donot bye any product from shopittoday.in website or representative.

Thanks buddy u saved my money. I too got the similar call today and they have sent message to me. I asked them to send email from official mail but Nitin sharma sent message... I think police should take this complain and act against them

I want my money back otherwise my product
I strongly believe that they are cheating the customers. because none of company follows the customers to pay such amount. and if any miss communication is done then company refunds the amount. even they are also not supporting the credit card payment option.
If i am wrong please correct me.
