my self pravin mesariya I received a call from phone number 011-******** from Ms shruti saying that he is calling from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd informed me that your mobile number has been shortlisted under promotional activity in our organization and you are eligible to getany product up Rs. 45, 000/- from our shoppingsite for free of cost only after payment of 12.5% sale tax of market price, Accordingly I asked him to provide the same in written communication, and provide me the site address and also I have phoned to customer care no.written on the site+91-********09 and they have confirmed me about the genuineness of the call and offer. As per my request, they forwarded the link for registration and selection of product as such I have selected dell inspirone laptop cost Rs.36690/- . He forwarded an E mail from their official E mail IDcustomercare@shopittoday.in to my personal E mail ID informing the Bank account details of their organization and amount to be paidtowards sales tax @12.5% Rs.4625/-. Again after enquiry in different department of thesite I have transferred the amount of rs 4700/- to Shop It Today India Pvt.Ltd.A/C No.33********1 Bank Name SBI BANK IFS CODE : SBIN0010644 then I have confirmed the same over phone to Ms shruti 011-******** & Mr.pavan who seems to be manager 011-********) accordingly I have also received a payment confirmation mail from company鈥檚 official mail id.. Over phone I have been informed from Dispatch (011-********) that she want to confirm myaddress and also confirmed that two gold coins also packed in your package as free gift. Same day i.e. on 2/12/2015 Mr. RAHUL Informed me through call from phone number 011-******** that you have need to pay only Insurance amount Rs. 9474/- in company鈥檚 favour.I transferred Rs. 9474/-in their SBI account by NEFT and informed him accordingly to Mr . RAHUL Phoned me that why do you have deposited by NEFT youmust deposited by cashin branch. Now you go and again deposit cash in the above bank account. later on i found this is mode us operandy by always ask for money deposit and then ask for deposit govt security deposit for refund here i dont want any offersfrom you want back my money
If i wont get my money back then i have to take legal action if required you have cheated me first aske for service tax then insurance and then insurance by cash and i know insurance can be deposited by any way nfts cash etc so refund my money as soon as possible as your customer care executive already told me that you will get refund in april so i called in first week of april they told to arrange call to me about refund but didnot called me and now customer care no is out of reach
But till date 28 april 2016 i did not get my refund yet
