Hi, myself Digant Patra received a call from 011-******** customer care executive of Shop it toady India pvt. ltd on 05.02.2015 and said that you are a lucky draw winner of our company so you can choose any product apple iPhone 5s or Samsung LED 32 inches TV. We will provide you it free of cost only govt. charges you have to paid Rs5,249/-.So I transferred Rs5249/- to shop it today India Account No-33********1 of State bank of India. After that they said that you have to pay Rs10,100/- for transit Insurance. I also paid the transit Insurance Rs10,100. They give the assurance to dispache it by today evening. But after that they are not inform me the dispached courier no & docket no. On 09-02-2015 the customer representative said that your product is at Odisha so pay courier fee Rs7,800/- when you will pay that fee we will deliver your product to your home.
I have informed them that they have to refund my money otherwise i will make a fraud case agaist you in consumer court.

Hi, myself KANHU CHARAN MOHANTY received a call from 011-********, 150,135 customer care executive MR. NITIN and Rahul Agniuhotri of Shop it toady India pvt. ltd on 05.02.2015 and said that you are a lucky draw winner of our company so you can choose any product Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and Acer One S1001 Laptop. We will provide you it free of cost only 12.5% total cost govt. charges you have to paid Rs4375/-.So I transferred Rs4375/- to shop it today India Account No-33********1 of State bank of India. After that they said that you have to pay Rs8530/- for transit Insurance. I am not send this insurance money the customer care excutive said if no send the money reject your order.
I have informed them that they have to refund my money. now he is not received any call.
