I am a pregnant woman and booked a show for Drishyam on 20/8/15 for 12:15 pm with seats F5 & F6 . the seats were chosen to suit my medical condition and comfort but when I reached there the seats where already occupied and the occupants refused to leave the seats and no one from inox service came to help .
Sad state of service

Hi, The Inox at Gurgaon Dreams switches off the Air conditioner specially in the late evening shows. The same has been spoken to often with the available staff but no one cares to listen to the audience. This is one of the reasons you have many customers moving to different theaters. Please understand that Inox is the only multiplex in Old Gurgaon which has numerous viewers but you are losing business , one of the reasons being as mentioned .
