My Complaint is about the experience that i faced recently when i got to watch the movie 'Talvars' this saturday evening with my family (2 kids and my wife) in Inox MSX Mall Greater Noida. We had a small Dominos pizza with us (for the kids) that we had taken from the dominos in MSX mall itself on the ground floor. The security manager did not allow us to take the pizza with us into the threatre even after multiple requests and explanation that it is for the kids only. The attitude of the security manager was so pathetic, he did not even think a second to return our money for the ticket but did not allow the pizza in and wasted a nice evening that we wanted to spend together as a family. Just because they can sell their 10 rupee item to us for 50 rupees, they are not ready to listen to their customers and we the fools believe that in our country 'Customers are considered as Gods'.

Anyway, i am determined to not purchase anything anytime i go in their in person, not because this small act will make them any financial loss but as a gesture of my push back to their unlawful practices and customer harassment.
