Indian Railways - Attaching Engine to coaches with negligeance by railway staff

Date - 13 May 2011, Time - about 6:00 IST, Place - Itarsi Jn (WCR)
Train No - 59386 Panchvalley, PNR - ********81, Coach - S/2 71
While changing the diesel engine to electric engine, electric engine's driver strucked the coaches so hard that all the passengers & luggage fell-down or effected. The glass window fell-down suddenly on my knee and got injured by above cause.
Complainant's Goal: The driver should be always carefull.
