I have almost nine years old post paid connection with airtel service providers. I pay my bills regulars and I have no dues pending with airtel for the last month. However, yesterday they barred my services. When i called up customer care, they told me that they need my documents to be resubmitted for some internal audit. My first question: How can airtel give me connection without verifying my documents 8 years back? When I have submitted all my documents while i have purchased this number, why haven't they kept record of the same?
My second question: How can airtel discontinue my services that caused me lot of inconvenience when all my dues are paid well in time?
My third question: Why Airtel service providers have not given me sufficient time to submit my documents?
This is a case of mental harassment and moreover wasted lot of my time talking to their customer care. This is not the kind of service i expect for Airtel when I am one of their platinum customer.
