my service request no is 1-14********9,its been 5 months since i bought nokia lumia 720, i have visited to Nokia care center 5 times,that device has been repaired 5 times in last 5 times by nokia,i had to take one day off from my office and transportaion expances,its been a pain,now either you give me a new phone or my money back,this time my device is with you guys for last so many days.need a solution else i will move to court. and one more thing. i will not take same device back.keep it with u.contact me at ********70
