vide order no3001961971,i ordered the book The immortals of Melhua on 2nd Feb'2013 in English.The book received was in Marathi for which a complaint no 686978 was made.Subsequently i was asked to return the book by courier service and replacement will be made.I spent Rs90/towards courier charges and sent the book to indiatimes.I was informed that the book has been shipped vide order no 3002082166.On 14th March'2013 the book received is again in Marathi which is of no use to me.I contacted their customercare over phone and the person told that they cannot do anything and the case is closed.Imade a complaint over email but no reply has been received.I am surprised at the callous and indifferent attitude of a premier Indian company.
