hello,
i had ordered one mobile phone from advertisement in times of india newspaper dated 25 oct 2009 , i have paid full amount by credit card over the phone. some details are given below ::
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
date of order: 25 oct 2009
amount paid: Rs. 3149 /- ( Rs. 2999 + Rs. 150 ) via credit card over the phone

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now,
the problem is that there are two batteries given along with this phone.
BUT,
1. one battery is totally dead and not working . even charging can not be done wth this battery and phone is completely dead if i attach this battery.
2. second battery is little bit working , only it acts to start the phone and within 5 - 10 minutes phone gets off.
WE have re-charged and checked both the batteries and tried every necessary steps in checking that. WE have found that both batteries are not working and spoiled.
i want you to replace these batteries as soon as possible, so that i can start my cellphone.
Also IMEI number is not mentioned in the phone , so is it against the government law ??
kindly reply asap...

I support this complaint.I have also Ordered Blackberry torch vide order No 112783825 on 28-12-2010 Paid Rs 28289, they named dealer as Akansha Distributers Pvt Ltd as vendor, I Received Courier on 3-01-2011 containing sealed Box from Indiatimes...When I opened it was Vacant & No Mobile inside, it contains only Blackberry box with charger & Invoice...I complained on there given No's .talked to executive Jyotsana who gave me complaint No..& now they want verification etc etc etc.....& more 8-10 days
I got heavily shocked with cheating from India times...
it is totally fraud company, they take money in advance & dont deliver product..they act smartly take advantage of poor judicial & law & order system ....take ur money in advance & u will be delvered a blank box...& update their shipping details to deliverd..
After being cheted by Indiatimes...Now it is time to go for litigation , complaints & police
