I purchased a Mp3/MP4/Video player through Indiatimes shopping based on an in Times of India almost a month ago. As we received the product we found that the video quality was defective. I tried to reach customer assistance phone and could not get hold of them. So, I registered a complaint through e-mail and got a number SHOP-352818. No respose for long time. Somehow got through the Indiatimes phone support and got a complaint ref as 8263 with a promise that the issue will be addressed in 5 days. Waited for a week. No response. Called again. Got a cool answer that the complaint was not registered due to some system issue. Got another complaint ref 14272 with a promise of 24 hours resolving. Waited for one week again. No response. Trying to connect to customer support. Even after 30 mins, there is no way to get hold of a customer executive. The frustration is so high that I want to bring these guys to the visibility of all Indiatimes shoppers to understand their true colours.

The same thing happened to me. I oredered a piece of jewellery and the one delivered to me was not like the one mentioned. Inspite of returning it back to them and sending them umpteen mails there is no response. Just a while ago i called them up and after holding the line for 30 mins, there is no executive answeing the call. Its the worst kind of customer care I have ever seen.
