Hello:

My name is Jitendra k Gurbani and I had purchased VIDEOCON REFRIGERATOR 300 LITRES 3 STAR from India Times Shopping. And My order no: 111788076.

I got the delivery for same on 28.08.09 and do had the demonstration from Videocon engineer, now the problem is that the ice is not formatting, water leakage problem is there and in addition refrigerator is not cooling properly from the day i got the delivery.

I had given call to Videocon Customer care and their engineer visited and informed to change the gas compresor. The same practice i did so many times.

For all this concern I was in touch with MOHIT from Indiatimes Shopping and he is aware of all this stuff. He do had asured me for the replacement of refrigerator.

Day before yesterday i had word with Jasvinder and have locked the complaint. My complaint no. 1259835. I am seriously tired of playing with phones.

In past i had word with your Indiatimes shopping Customer care (Priyanka) and she told me that now we are not responsible for refrigerator you have to talk with the videocon customer care with the provided number (39404040). In addition she gave me alternate number for filling the complaint (0********25).

I want to let you know that the refrigerator which i had received is 10000% damaged. And the most concern is i had purchased brand new refrigerator and facing all this concern.

I request you to help me in this issue & provide me the replacement at your earliest.
