I had ordered the product \'MOBILE WITH TV\' on 28 Dec\'09 telephonically, thro their Phone-Executive via INDIATIMES (RO) after seeing the advt. in that day\'s paper.

A) I had paid an amount of Rs 5,149/-(Rs 4999/- for product and Rs150/- delivery charges) for it with my ICICI CC directly over the phone, confirmed by their instant sms and monthly statement generated by CC Bank on 23 Jan\'09.
As proof of payment made thro\' my Credit Card am reproducing below a copy of the Bill-Statement sent by my Bank.

B) However, since the product supplied was not the same on delivery-it was \'MOBILE WITHOUT TV\' (inspite of various telephonic reminders to their Phone-Executives)I was left with no option but to refuse taking delivery when it finally arrived.The total cost of this product was Rs 4649/- (Rs 4499/-for product and Rs 150/- delivery charges).

Looking at the amount refunded,I have discovered that it has been processed on the basis of product mentioned in B) above which was rejected whereas I had paid for the product in A).
THIS IS CAUSING ME A STRAIGHT LOSS OF Rs 500/-for no rhyme or reason . I can even send you a copy of my CC statement for verification.
