Hi,
I placed an order online for sony cybershot dsc hx 10v camera(silver color) on 26th september 2012. They deliver the product on 28th september but when I opened the packet, I found that it is having a black colored camera instead of silver one. I called the customer care at the same moment and told them the same. They said that they will replace the product and registered a complaint with no 423319 and said that resolution of complaint will be done on or before 21st october. After that I tried to contact their customer care several times and didn't get any satisfactory response. They arrange the pickup of the black camera on on 23rd of october. After that, I called customer care several times but they have neither delivered my camera and nor cancelled my order. So it is more than 40 days and I have not got the product or my money yet. Moreover I am not even able to get the complete status also and customer care is of no help. This is sort of harassment and can not be tolerated. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
